Notes:

OLD BUSINESS

2-of Restrictions – Factory, Workshops, Maze, & Strip

  • Beasts – polarized responses among group
    • One group wants to experiment while others won’t play with the change
  • Spawners – also varied opinions 
    • Few strong opinions of no change while others willing to try
    • If they had to vote would have to say no
  • Trolls – would be for it
    • Currently trying it out at biweekly meetups and no issues yet
    • Similar to ATL where it opens up the brew space with less colorless auto-includes
    • Best if all groups give it a try and reconvene
  • Table idea for next meeting

COVID/Safety

  • By-laws updated

Group Rivalries

  • Twin Peaks event in March with members from all groups
  • Possibly do something there

Recruitment 

  • Someone to reach out to Dudes of Paradise 

NEW BUSINESS

Rivalry Between Groups

  • All groups in favor.  Can build more of a team feel rather than just a group.
  • Need a trophy / object of desire
  • Beasts 
    • Flagship reason to be a part of PAC
    • Set up similar to NCAA tournament or like the majors in tennis
      • Majors to include Chalice and other large events
    • Send representatives to events
      • 2 man team or team trios
  • Trolls
    • Point based system based off of finishes
    • What about spice and how to incorporate it in point structure?
    • Charity donations as another subset of points for each group
  • Spawners
    • Identify main events 
    • Points based off of top 8 and how well each group does
      • 1st place weighted more 
    • Find a way to award for charity generosity 
    • Maybe each club plays for a charity
