Welcome to the homepage for the Old School Pacific Conference (OSPC), an organization which coordinates Old School 93/94 Magic: the Gathering for a variety of groups on the West Coast of the USA. This site hosts the By-Laws and Rules adopted by the OSPC, and will also feature blogs and other content related to the Pacific format and the broader Old School Magic community.
