Topic 1

Based on feedback from the incident at MagicFest Vegas, the Clerk was asked to draft up language to add into the by-laws that addresses OSPC’s policy on behavior and cheating. Section 5.1 was drafted and language was proposed to the Voting Members.

  • The Beasts – wants to induct an inaugural “hall of shame”
  • The Trolls – asked for it to be called “list of banned players”
  • The Horde – cautions that we should consider firm evidence before we add players to the ban list

Vote was conducted and Section 5.1 was passed unanimously. 

List of banned players will be updated and released pending some discussions with group and community members.

Topic 2: 

Also from MF Vegas, the group Desert Twisters came by storm and discussion was held to see if there was interest in their inclusion into OSPC. 

The Deep Spawners and the Clerk reached out to the organizer and confirmed eligibility. Vote was conducted and the Desert Twisters were approved to join OSPC unanimously. Justin will serve as VR and the by-laws were updated to reflect membership.
