2PAC Rules

2PAC is a variant format for the standard Pacific ruleset (PAC). It is identical to PAC, except it adds another level of control on the number of cards in a deck: Reduced. No more than two (2) copies of a Reduced card may be included in a player’s combined deck and sideboard. The number of copies of a given card is thus as follows:

• Banned: 0 copies
• Restricted: 1 copy
• Reduced: 2 copies
• Normal: 4 copies
• Basic Lands & Plague Rats: ∞ copies

The following cards are Reduced in 2PAC:

• Maze of Ith
• Mishra’s Factory
• Mishra’s Workshop
• Strip Mine

All other cards have the same number limitations as in normal PAC.
